Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by our payment partners, Stripe and Razorpay. We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information on our servers. We only receive transaction confirmations and the amount paid.

Submitted URLs

When you submit URLs for indexing, we store those URLs to process your request and provide submission history. We do not access or store the content of the pages at those URLs.

Usage Data

We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data helps us maintain service security and improve performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the IndexBolt service.
  • To process your URL submissions and manage your credit balance.
  • To process payments and send transaction receipts.
  • To communicate important service updates, security alerts, and support responses.

  • Payment processors: Stripe and Razorpay receive the information necessary to process your payments, subject to their own privacy policies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Submission history is retained to provide you with ongoing access to your records. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).
