Welcome to IndexBolt. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Service Description

IndexBolt is a URL indexing service that submits your web pages to search engines for indexing consideration. Our platform uses a credit-based system where you purchase credits and use them to submit URLs for indexing.

Important: IndexBolt submits your URLs and makes best efforts to facilitate indexing. However, the final decision to crawl and index any URL rests solely with Google and other search engines. We do not guarantee that any specific URL will be indexed, as search engines independently evaluate each page against their own quality guidelines and criteria.

2. Accounts

To use IndexBolt, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this service.

3. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are purchased in advance and are non-expiring.
  • Credits are deducted at the time of URL submission.
  • Standard indexing costs 1 credit per URL. Instant indexing costs 10 credits per URL.
  • All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and Razorpay.
  • Credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable between accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use IndexBolt to:

  • Submit URLs containing malware, phishing, or harmful content.
  • Submit URLs that you do not own or have authorization to index.
  • Submit URLs that violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Abuse the platform through automated scraping, bots, or excessive API usage.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent platform security measures.
  • Submit spam, doorway pages, or content that violates search engine guidelines.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on IndexBolt are the property of IndexBolt and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the URLs and content you submit through our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

IndexBolt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndexBolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, traffic, or search engine rankings.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to IndexBolt in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
